Working with Miles and the ECS team has been a real pleasure – arranging an initial appointment was easy, quote was accurate, Miles kept in regular contact right up to the date of installation and the installation itself was really nicely done. Snags were picked up and resolved quickly, the final result was fantastic – on time and exactly as priced. We would highly recommend the services of ECS. Working with Miles and Jamie has been a pleasure. They designed a beautiful fitted wardrobe and oak shelving unit for our kitchen, and we are delighted with their work. They were quick and responsive, and really helpful through the design process. We engaged Miles and his team to create storage and desks for my new office, in a garage conversion, he understood what I wanted from my initial drawings, he was efficient, precise in execution, courteous, timely, and tidy. The 3d visuals he produces are very useful for finalising details. I will continue to use him for further work.

Work all carried out to an excellent standard. In particular I was impressed with how well all the wardrobe was fitted to the rather uneven existing walls and ceiling. Miles was very helpful with suggestions on how to improve the project. After discussions, and when I had finalised what I wanted, I provided some sketches for the wardrobe, and it was built exactly as I wanted. All round excellent work by Miles, and I will use Elite Carpentry Services again, and would recommend them.

This is the second time we have asked Miles to make a bespoke wardrobe in our home, as his work was so good the first time. I sent an image of some wardrobes I saw online and asked if he could create something similar. We have ended up with something even better! Clean, polite and always on time! Would highly recommend to any wanting high quality finished product!

Had 4 metres of bookcases fitted into our lounge and coving fitted to the room. It looks perfect. Miles took time and effort to make sure they looked exactly as we wanted them. He stayed late to make sure they were finished to a high standard. He was polite, clean and tidy, (and had a better vacuum than us!) he left the room wonderfully clean!

Miles came highly recommended. However, after dealing with him I will recommend him EVEN MORE. He is first and foremost a kind, respectful and gracious individual and extremely easy to deal with. He is ALSO a highly skilled and professional tradesman delivering work of exceptional quality. Whatever adjective I can think of, to praise him, I will use with Miles and I will definitely NEVER AGAIN use another carpenter nor would I recommend anyone else as long as Miles operates in the Southeast. I was a little apprehensive to ask someone to build me a bespoke work desk. The easy option was to buy a desk from IKEA. When I met Elite Carpentry Services they spent more time learning about what I really needed rather than thinking about the transaction. When it came to delivering the work they were very timely and certainly went above and beyond my expectations. Finally, the work was extremely professional. Miles did a great job building and installing floating shelves and cabinets on either side of our living room chimney breast. The work was competitively priced and he met our timeline to have the job completed. All in all, he produced exactly what we wanted.
